Current research objectives

  • To evaluate bee plants through their nectar secretion dynamics, pollen presentation, and attractiveness for honey bees.
  • To figure out the pollination ecology and pollinators diversity of bee flora.
  • To employ geographic information systems (GIS) in mapping and analysing bee forage potentials, and to develop spatial thinking in apiculture.
  • To employ citizen science in beekeeping R&D.
